Excuses Excuses Excuses

We always give excuses when we can't do something, right? "Oh, I had to work until 6pm and I'm already exhausted" or "I'll come, I promise you!". Why do I even bother to write about this? Its because I think that Malaysians are FUCKING lazy people.. not all but mostly. People around me, they are always finding excuses not to fucking exercise (I hope by using profane words to reinforce the expression that I am portraying can fucking make people who are reading this a little bit more health concious). I just think that we should spend a little time to exercise maybe just 10-20 minutes a day, and that should do. People are giving all sorts of excuses like being too tired after work and do not have the time to do workouts, going to the gym is too costly, there are too many assignments to complete, or just playing LAME online games at home. Working people will always say they do not have the time as they are too tired to go on after spending 8 hours at work. But hey, when you were telling your younger brother your too tired after kindergarten to play with him, you'll say "you're not in kindergarten you wouldn't know how tired and exhausted I am, so don't be a little bugger and go play yourself!" and when you are in primary school you said the same thing, "you're not in school you wouldn't know... and in Secondary school "I'm too tired, I need a nap go away or find another friend" and in university, "you'll never believe how many assignments I need to complete by the end of this week". See, in life, history keeps repeating itself again and again.. and those excuses last until the day you die. We have to change, spending 20 minutes out of 24 hours is not too much to ask for right? If a gym is too expensive, jog around your neighbourhood for 20 minutes or cycle or swim or just walk.. just do it at least 3 days a week, and you're a fitter, healthier person. Maybe some working adults would say, "you're just a student you have no fucking rights to judge what I say" but my monday lecture starts at 9-12, 12-2, workout in the gym from 2-3, lunch at 3, ball room dance lesson at 4 and class from 5-7 and I even take 15 minutes to jog before I head off for dinner. Recently, I met a friend who is now a lecturer in Unikl, he used to be active but can't be so active anymore due to the workloads that he's having and the research that he is doing, but at least he knew "I know I shouldn't say this to you, all that I've said are just excuses". So pleeeasee, stop giving people FUCKING LAME excuses and just start exercising! Dammit!
