Moving forward...

I'm starting to believe that we human beings were designed like time, where we keep moving forward. We are now bounds and leaps from where we were a hundreds or a thousand years ago, and in those times there were fair share of constructive and destructive events taking place and in the end we still advance to newer territories with new technologies and discoveries to boast.

We are designed to be selfish in character but as human beings collectively we serve a selfless purpose to create a better existence for our future generations. Its linear and not cyclical and that is why we are superior as a species.

Although we know there will always be greats like Leonardo da vinci, Albert Einstein, Thomas edison, whether controversial or not, who have created events or things that transcends time and space, but it is not only these people who shape the world, but every single human being play their part. Always remember this if you are not the one who create one of these moments, you ARE a catalyst that makes them possible.

Without arpanet orTim bernes lee there will not be the Internet like what we have today, without encarta there wouldn't be Wikipedia today, I could name a hundred more but you get what I mean.

Just remember that even if you're not the one named after a discovery or creation, the actions that you partake in the process (whether positive or not) are catalyst for that discovery or creation. No one is ever useless or existed without purpose and everyone plays a part in moving the human race forward there is no cycle, every move we make takes us further. As far as I could remember, we didn't go back to make wheels out of stone again.
