Almost always fate only lets you know its intention when the time is wrong, ain't it? You never know when or what is a good/bad fate. To me, fate isn't just about love, its the buffer to two subjects/events that are meant to meet/face, well then of course, good luck or bad luck comes in the way as the catalyst that connects the two together. Well, pretty unfortunately, fate doesn't have a definite shape, figure or size, and most of the time, and although it is not, it comes to you like a blessing.. well in this case what I'm trying to say is, it comes in disguise.

See, fate doesn't always come to you directly, sometimes, intentionally or not, god seems to be playing tricks on his creations, at times, making our lives difficult. The fact is, what happened next that makes you think you got away doing something, you should not be 100% sure about it. If you escaped death, it doesn't mean you're not gonna die.

Well, its true, in my case... at least.

When you have a nasty person to deal with, chances are, your life ain't gonna be easy. It gets worst when your company makes you deal with the company's fault. The problem is too many things get into the pipeline, and no one really know what's going on, when all of a sudden, in the end of the day, you do not get to deliver what's been promised to the person. Look, its not a 2 dollars thing.

When you're dealing with numbers that are worth as much as a regular 2 litre japanese sedan car, you have to keep your promises. But sometimes, shit happens sooner or later, and you gotta bear the shit that comes in your wait. Bearing shit ain't an easy job.

So story starts here.. this client did not get what she was promised, so being a nasty client, I was pretty sure she is not gonna let me get away with it so easily. My boss said, "this is not gonna be easy, I know, you'll get some scoldings from her, and if she's really nasty, it'll gonna be worse.. thats what the servicing line is all about". So,.. he said since its not gonna be an easy call, "If I were you, I'll seek comfort.. in your case.. your girlfriend". Now that doesn't sound too good right? But I know.. its life its life.. no one dies a virgin, cos life rapes us all..

So, as the day went, I anyhow need to call her up and tell her the bad news, and let my ears bleed to her verbal stabbings. Surprisingly enough, she was calm after she got the news, and instead asked me to write to her nicely in black and white. Well, I thought that was good news, no need to hear her loud and angry voice, so as I thought, I escaped death. My boss said "you gotta face it, Julian, this will not be the end of it...anyway, if she calls, just answer your call, tell the truth and get over it.. this will happen sooner or later". And so I waited days for her call, anxiously, but that day never came. So I was unsure if it was good or not.

For all I know, death did not miss me.. it actually took a deadlier route to reach me. She wrote to my Managing Director complaining about the matter. Now, when I thought I'd just die from an agonizing penis Cancer, life hits me in the face and told me I'm gonna die from being kicked at my groin over and over again. It got me shocked for awhile, but like my boss told me, its not our card to call, its the higher being's call.

If its the game for the gods, let the gods play their game. Humans are never in the same league as the god, so if its a higher calling, escalate it to the right people.

Well, what I learn from here is that, sometimes, its no use feeling afraid, or worry about something that isn't your fault. Trepidation will always be standing at the corner trying to pound you, thats undeniable. But I guess, we as humans are always worrying or feeling sorry for ourselves or someone else for the wrong reasons.

Well in my case, I was given a gun without bullets to defend myself.. how about that? heheh.. but all is well in the end, with the help from my boss, it all went well.. but let me repeat, this is not the end.

The election is just around the corner. Are you guys gonna vote? or not? I am gonna vote this year, I am practicing my rights as a citizen. The problem is, I don't know when I registered to become a voter. I've been telling everyone that I've missed the registration, until one day, my mom called and I received a letter from the SPR stating my venue and time. How weird is that? I'm just 22, and its only been one year since I register, and I've no records of memories of me registering as a voter. Now, all of YOUs, please tell me how can this happen?

Are there something going on in the system? I don't know, you tell me.

Just to reinforce... I DID NOT REGISTER AND IF I REALLY DID, I CAN'T RECALL! Well, unless of course, if the guy whom I register myself with has memory recall ability or he has that Men In Black thingy.

So what do you guys think? I'm not siding any party on this issue, I'd just like to know how did this come about.

Well since the election is near, everyone is talking about it, and once and for all, ended the hot gossip on the "Edison Scandal". Anyway, if you take a look in the local newspapers, there seems to be a propaganda going on... Everything, from the illustrations, to the content, and the ratio of BN content against the opposition contents... is made to be very overt.

Some motivations for all you first time voters, please correct me if I got my facts wrong, this is what I HEARD anyway.. if you are travelling back to your hometown to vote, BN will compensate for your travelling expenses. And if you heard, some parties will pay you to vote for them (I certainly hope to come across this.. it will certainly change my decision to vote :D.. I'm willing to sell my soul to the devil to fulfil my earthly desires anytime.

Let My Love Open The Door

We're all reunited again this chinese new year. As ironic as it can be, when we grow up, we get our "license" to do everything any teenager would want to do. As we acquire this "license" we also start to lose interest in those kind of things. Now I don't even bother to go to clubs, I don't bother to drink, I don't bother to smoke or try to go to red district areas. We get lethargic, tired of doing all the things we once think are cool.

To be honest, I always tried to fit in. I wanted to be cool, so I picked up drinking (though I can't), I smoked (I vomitted), I went clubbing (though I can't dance) well at least I was sane enough not to do drugs or pay for a hooker. But the fact is, I was always faking. But as time goes, I started to learn about myself, know what I really like and what I should do. I got more boring, but contented. Now, I just find having tea with my friends is good enough for me.

But luckily enough, this CNY I got to meet up with all my close cousins, a tradition that is quickly vanishing in my family. My mother side is our only chance! We used to have this big gathering every chinese new year as both my mom and dad have many siblings. And since life is simple, we all grow up, and start new lives, the family gathering slowly dies off, all the years back, and years to come.

This year is a good one. Everyone came back to meet up, so at least there's was something to look forward to.. (CNY 2007 sucked on this part). And noise and havoc have never felt so good. Sleeping on the floor never felt this good!! :) And when you're in the midst of happiness, times slaps you on the face telling you its already Sunday! and you've gotta leave! But fortunately, that's when your carried forward annual leaves come into use. Your ticket for more laziness!

A few things to mention...

<3 became a snatch victim 2 days before CNY, but I guess beneath the bad luck that has occured to you, I really believe that it also means that all your bad lucks must be cleared before the new year. So now you're all clean to start the new year :) Don't worry everything will be just find, NOOB <3!

My deepest condolence to you CS, on the demise of a loved one. I will always remember her kindness and the way she cares for people. May she rest in peace.

Before I even watched it, I already have very low expectation for Kung Fu Dunk. I couldn't accept how ridiculous the movie is, and how they actually destroyed the sport. That was when I watched the trailer.

I watched the movie a few days back, and perception did not change, except that it actually does have a great plot, but filled with ridiculous and unnecessary scenes and actions. You can say I enjoyed the flow of the show, but the nonscence is something I would have to accept from a comedy made in HK.

It surpassed my expectation, so I just have to admit I somehow enjoyed the show despite the illogically crazy scenes.

I had a 2 movie marathon that day itself, where my cousins and I stayed up to watch this Thai movie called Chaiya Muay Thai.

At first, I thought this film revolves around martial arts action with some angsty vengeance story build up like other movies of its kind. However, after watching it, this show is far beyond my expectation. Its one of the best for this kind of genre since I have seen any in years.

Although some sequences of "Chaiya" boxing are well-choreographed that lives up to its standard in its style of fighting. The plot is very satisfactory with subtle and filled with multi-layered storyline, that makes some predictable ending to be easily ignored. The drama in this film, which depicts the lives of three male friends since beginning till the end, is not that much saturated, but full of fluidity. And that's the reason why the storyline emotionally affects and paves a good way for the little twist, at the end, of why each protagonist has later shattered their friendship. Theres a well-woven mixture between drama and martial art that definitely needs laurel. Additionally, besides the director sparking off his promising career, the performances, by many leading actors and supporting actresses, also did a commendable job. The cinematography, back to old-time Bangkok metropolis, is also a joy to watch.

This gem is Highly recommended.

Here comes the Sun

Eating Vegetable has never felt so bad before... I never knew the saying "too much of something is bad" applies to consuming excessive amount of green leafy vegetables before. I've never felt so disgusted eating vegetable before... Do not get me wrong, my love for these green things lives on.. but the next time I eat em again, I'd be extra careful and choose what kind I eat.

I can't fully blame it on the vegetables, all of yous know I won't.. I'd put full blame on Western food and Salad Dressings! I've had three servings of salad in one day, I guess I had too much of salad dressings than I can take in a day. We had team lunch in La Bodega in BSC, where I had a bowl of Salad of they day, which in my opinion, sucked... I don't know why, but since Marmalade came to existence, no other places make better salad than them.

Then <3>

Next thing I know... I kept shitting Dhal every damn hour. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, and I felt like shit.. And ironically, my shit ain't anything like shit at all.. Its more like vomit than shit. Vomit that comes out of your anus, and pee that comes out of your ass rather than your penis.

Its been a long time since I've contracted any sickness.. and all of them just have to come in when CNY's near.. I hate it! I just hate it!!!..

Baby, I don't blame you at all for my stomach ache

no matter what, I'd still put that face for you :)

Its just funny how my posts all revolves around talking about the past 1 year. How fast it went on. Dear Yue Yun, Ah Yang, and HoMa, do you guys still remember this time around last year, we were watching Sean's brother performing during CNYE? Can't believe its been 1 year already! Seems like awhile ago. The transition happened very quickly, I guess.

Anyhow, CNY is just 2 days away. Can't wait till it comes. Pumped petrol on my car, check the engine, checked the black oil. The car is freaking dirty, gotta wash it before CNY, gotta make everything nice and clean before the first day!

Cleared my debts with friends (its a chinese belief that you should clear all your debt before the new year). Bought some new clothes, got a new <3.>
